This project is near and dear to my heart. Atrium is located in the Hyatt Regency—Buffalo, NY. The city that raised me. My roots. Atrium executive chef Rachid Lahik contacted my company inquiring if he could retain my design services, after seeing the menus I created for other Hyatt properties. I was elated to design something that would live in the historic Genesee Building erected in 1922. The menu is adorned with visuals that pay homage to the building and downtown area. I created an etching of the property that sits next to the logotype which complements the angles within the restaurant. Just below, I imagined my own plaque commemorating the building and its history. Shorty after the project was completed I traveled back to Buffalo. I was able to meet Rachid, excited about what I had created he exclaimed we would apply that menu design to Breakfast, Dinner and Bar menu. I took some photos that I would use in later creatives for the bistro.

Assorted large format wall decals for Hyatt properties installed temporarily & semi-permanently on false walls during hotel renovations. Original Fuzi Photography was used on the SFO wraps (top left [several images], bottom middle, bottom right).

Clearwater came to us to design a booklet which would contain a full breakdown of their room types, from sq. footage to the view and amenities. Something fully informative, that could be easily referenced by potential and current guests.

Overstreet Associates decided the easiest way we could quickly communicate with prospect Hyatt properties was to create a portfolio of the various and numerous pieces of collateral we created and produced for many different properties. From in-room and concierge material to hotel/garage/directional signage and everything in between. I went to a few different properties and photographed our work in their intended environments.
This restaurant is located in the same property as SHOR — Clearwater, FL. Once the executive chefs from both respective eateries talked about the new look & feel for the SHOR menu, Skimmers contacted us post haste and asked for their own revamped menu. They were interested in a more homey, rustic look, one that appealed to families.
